Delivery & Returns

Delivery is via An Post and is €4 for untracked and €6 tracked.  We send out orders on the same day or next day generally, so orders are delivered promptly within Ireland.  Delivery to Northern Ireland is taking considerably longer, up to 10 working days at times.  

Have you changed your mind about your GAA jigsaw puzzle?  That's no problem at all.  We accept returns 14 days from date of receipt.  Send it back to us, ideally in the original packaging, at JR Games Ltd, 36 Balally Park, Dundrum, D16WP94.  Unfortunately, we can't cover the cost of returns.  We'd love to be able to offer that, but we're just too small yet.  The item you're returning must arrive to us in resaleable condition in order for your refund to be processed, i.e. still in plastic wrapping.  If i'ts not we won't be able to refund you.  Remember, if you lose a piece, we'll replace it!
